Time divides them. Love defies it.

Druid Hill: A Veil of Time Novel

by Claire R. McDougall

The past isn’t finished with her yet

After a devastating loss once pulled her across time into 8th-century Scotland, Maggie has done her best to rebuild a life in the present—one that is stable, safe, and predictable.

But the past isn’t finished with her.

When a sudden vision draws her back through time, Maggie finds herself once again in a world of ancient power and shifting loyalties—and in the presence of Fergus, the warrior prince she never forgot.

This time, the stakes are even higher.

As political tensions rise and a dangerous alliance threatens Fergus’s family, Maggie is pulled into a fight for survival that could cost them everything. And with her time in the past more fragile than ever, she must decide how much she’s willing to risk for a love that defies centuries.

Time divides them. Love defies it.
